Ryan and I have been on our health and wellness journey together since we met over nine years ago. Growing up in North Carolina, we were surrounded by southern comfort foods like BBQ, fried everything, and classic home-cooked meals from grandma. I believe this is part of why we both love food so much. The downside, though, is that these delicious meals are often packed with toxic processed ingredients.

As our views on health evolve, our love for flavorful, protein-rich meals never changed. That’s what inspired us to start evry.day club. Over the years, we’ve experimented with countless products, recipes, and ingredients to make healthier choices both in and out of the kitchen. Now, we’re excited to share what we’ve learned and help you enjoy a healthier, tastier lifestyle too!


about ev: My name is Evynn—pronounced like Evan—and I’m 30 years old. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. After college, I worked as a registered nurse at both Duke Hospital and Wake Med Hospital. I later transitioned into medical device sales, spending two years as a clinical specialist at Abbott and three years at Axonics. I'm now a Certified Personal Trainer and soon wrapping up my Nutrition Certification.

After over seven years of working directly with patients in hospitals, I realized that one of the biggest challenges we face today is the impact of unhealthy lifestyle choices. These choices are often influenced by clever consumer marketing—labels boasting "Fat-Free" or "Natural," which I like to call "Two-Faced Marketing." Growing up in an era that places more emphasis on health than ever before, I’ve been fortunate to recognize these issues and discover ways to address them.

However, the sheer volume of articles, influencers, programs, and products can feel overwhelming, making it difficult for someone who wants to live a healthy lifestyle to actually achieve it. This is where my passion for research and finding better alternatives comes in—a passion I’m excited to share with you! I’m so glad you’re here, and I can’t wait to meet you in person and help guide you on your health and wellness journey!
about ry: My name is Ryan, and I’m 30 years old. I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Music Business, and while my career is mostly focused on music, I was fortunate to be introduced to healthy living by my parents early on. My mom always made sure we had nutritious meals, and my dad instilled in me a love for exercise and fitness as I got older. Though it wasn’t a perfect model of a healthy lifestyle (I didn’t have all the knowledge that Ev has since shared with me), we were always experimenting with new ways to stay active and healthy.
These days Ev keeps me on my toes. There’s hardly a day that goes by without a new product or recipe becoming part of our routine. We’ve tried countless diets together, Vegan, Paleo, Vegetarian—you name it. I’ve even started using sunblock daily because, as it turns out, you get a lot of sun exposure even when you’re not at the beach or pool.
Of course, like anyone being asked to change their habits, I sometimes question Ev’s methods. But I always end up trusting her research and following along. The biggest lesson I’ve learned from her is that the key to a healthy lifestyle is finding what works best for you. I enjoy my food and lifestyle more than ever and I never feel restricted, even when I’m out with friends. It’s all about balance—80/20, as we say.
