ingredients
1/3 cup organic gf sprouted oats
1 tbsp organic hemp hearts
1 tbsp organic ground flax/chia seeds
1 tsp maca
1 scoop protein powder
pinch of organic ceylon cinnamon
1 cup wild organic blueberries and/or pinch of monk fruit
water or milk
how to make
in a medium pot, bring water & salt to a boil. add oats, reduce heat to simmer & cover. cook oats for ~5-8 min or desired tenderness
mix in hemp hearts & flax/chia seeds
mix in 1-2 scoops protein powder (the protein powder we use already has monk fruit in it)
top with blueberries
eat up!
