protein yogurt

this is how we like to make breakfast yogurt! feel free to use this as a blueprint for your own creations!

ingredients


  • 1/2 cup coconut or cashew yogurt

  • 1 scoop protein powder

  • 1 tbsp sprouted chia and flax seed powder

  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts

  • 1 tsp maca

  • splash of vanilla extract

  • dash of ceylon cinnamon

  • 1 cup of wild blueberries

  • 1/2 sliced banana

  • 1/4 cup granola



how to make


  1. in a bowl, combine yogurt, protein, chia/flax seeds, hemp hearts, maca, vanilla, & cinnamon

  2. stir until smooth texture is achieved

  3. top with granola, blueberries, & banana and enjoy!
