¼ cup organic honey or maple syrup
â…“ cup organic coconut oil (melted to a liquid)
2 tsp organic ceylon cinnamon or pumpkin spice
2 tsp organic vanilla extract
how to make
in a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix
spread thin layer on baking sheet with parchment paper
bake for 30-35 min at 300F or until desired crisp
let cool and store in glass container
