protein oat balls

this is how we like to make protein oat balls! feel free to use this as a blueprint for your own creations!

ingredients


  • 2 scoops of protein

  • 1 cup of organic gf sprouted oats

  • 1/2 cup organic peanut butter or sunflower butter

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

  • 4 tbsp organic milk


how to make


  1. in large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients

  2. use hands to form into small balls *add more milk if needed*

  3. store in glass container in fridge & let sit for at least 30 minutes

  4. enjoy!
