simple wrap

this is how we like to make simple wraps! feel free to use this as a blueprint for your own creations!

ingredients


  • 1 coconut wrap

  • 2 pasture-raised organic eggs

  • 1/2 organic pepper

  • 1/4 onion

  • 1/4 avocado

  • 1 slice raw sharp cheddar cheese

  • 1 tbsp of milk or water

  • 1/2 tsp of chili crunch

  • avocado oil

  • salt, garlic, black pepper to taste



how to make


  1. heat two separate pans to medium heat

  2. while waiting for pans to heat, lightly oil one pan and warm wrap for 1 min each side

  3. chop peppers and onions and add to lightly oiled pan. sauté with salt, pepper, and garlic and cook until lightly charred

  4. scramble 2 eggs with splash of milk or water. add garlic, salt, or pepper to taste. add to second lightly oiled pan and scramble

  5. once veggies and eggs are done cooking, add to wrap and top with raw sharp cheddar cheese and avocado

  6. top with chili crunch, wrap, and eat up!
